What is the recommended speed you can go with these on my mercury marquis year 2000?

I checked with my contact at Glacier Chains, and the recommended speed when using a cable snow chain like # PW1038 would be between 25 and 30mph.
You may also use rubber adjusters # PW100 for a snug fit on your 2000 Mercury Marquis.
