Recommended Spring Latch For Enclosed Trailer
Updated 01/11/2017 | Published 01/10/2017 >
Question:
I am looking for a metal spring-loaded trailer door catch. I have an enclosed trailer I use for work with 2 swing-out back doors. I work on the beach where the wind blows them open pretty hard. The hook and keeper on the outer sides are useless. Anything you can help me with? Thanks

We do have a spring latch that may be just what you are looking for.
I recommend the Redline Weld-On Zinc Spring Latch, part # SL58W. This latch features a 5/8-inch diameter pin that protrudes out 3/4-inches to secure your trailer doors on your trailer.
