Question:
Whats the difference between those two Titan products? 235/55R18 is listed as supported for both. Also, what tensioner product should I buy with them?

The Titan Chains # TC2019 and # TC1046 are very similar in design. The only real difference is the # TC2019 will fit a wider range of tire sizes. But if both will fit yours then you'll get the same results from both.
The Titan Chain Multi-Arm Rubber Tire Chain Adjuster # TCMA2 can be used for a more secure fit.
According to an online version of your owner's manual it states to use chains on the front wheels only and not exceed 30 mph. Check your owner's manual to verify this and for any other restrictions.
