I cant tell if our suburban has an oil cooler or not but I was wondering if it would fit our car.

Yes, the Derale Tube-Fin Engine Oil Cooler Kit, item # D15502, will fit on your 2007 Chevrolet Suburban as long as there is room below the OEM oil filter location to install the sandwich adapter and then reinstall the oil filter on the vehicle. The sandwich adapter is 2 inches thick so you can measure to be sure that when the adapter is installed you will have room to remove and install your oil filter for normal maintenence.
If you do not have enough room to install the the sandwich adapter on your Suburban you can use an oil cooler and filter relocation kit to install an oil cooler on your vehicle. The Derale Tube-Fin Engine Oil Cooler Kit w/ Spin-On Adapter, item # D15551, would work in this situation. I like this option the best because it allows you to relocate the oil filter to a more accessible location for easier oil changes.
