I have a 2013 Toyota Tundra with a 6.5foot bed w/o the OEM inside rail system, if I were to purchase the BAK revolver X2 #39410 would the TracRac SR fit this set-up correctly.

The BAK Revolver X2 Tonneau cover # BAK39410 mounts between the bed sides on your 2013 Toyota Tundra; similar to the one in the video I have linked. This means that you can use a TracRac sliding ladder rack, # TH43002XT-610.
