Could Sewer Vent part # CAM40597 Replace Vent Close to Roof Vent Cover

Question:
Hi, My motorhome has a septic smell whenever the motorhome driving. I believe we need replace the sewer vent to fix this. However, the current vent is very close to one our roof vent see attached picture. Can you think of a solution that will fit there? Thanks,

If the smell is making it's way to the interior of the motorhome most likely there is a leak in the vent before it reaches the roof. That being said the vent part # CAM40597 should have no problem fitting in place of the vent you submitted a picture of.
