Performance Part Upgrades to Get more Horsepower from a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

Question:

Title to the bullydog tuner states up to 35 hp increase. The chart shows 15 max hp increase. My rubicon is stock and I am looking to add about 50 hp. The supercharger is too much. I have looked at intakes, exhausts, and tuners and wonder if you guys have any suggestions to get the 50 hp increase I am looking for. Thanks

For your 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I recommend the Superchips Flashcal and Amp'd Throttle Booster with switch # SU3571-A. I checked with Superchips and it offers up to 30 horsepower. To add more power I recommend looking at exhaust and cold air intake upgrades.

For cold air intake you can use # AR313-132 or any of the ones in the provided link. By themselves the intakes can add up to 8 horsepower. Exhaust such as # MF15115 will add a few more horsepower but it isn't quantified.

With all 3 of these items you are looking at about a 30 horse gain (since performance part horsepower additions don't always add up to the max amount of power they could provide). It is hard to squeeze power out of naturally aspirated gas motors without serious equipment such as the supercharger you mentioned or boring out the cylinders.
