Where Does Kat's Heater Install in 2016 Toyota RAV4

Will this fit a 2016 RAV4 XLE? Where does it go in the block? Does it come with the plug cover?

According to Kat's the part # KH11813 will install in the RL or rear left cartridge. If you were facing the engine with the hood up it would be just around the driver side corner of the engine. It does not come with a cover as it basically just slips right into the cartridge hole.
