Where does this hose connect to after leaving the radiator? This is for a 1998 dodge caravan.

After leaving the radiator, the hose of this Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit, part # D13502, will plumb to either fitting of the # D13502, and a rubber line will be run to the return transmission line of your 1998 Dodge Caravan from the other fitting on the transmission cooler.
