Compatibility of Deezee Tool Box DZ8560WB with Tonneau Cover

I have a 2002 Ford F-250 with an 8foot bed. I want to know if I have the DZ8560WB toolbox installed in the bed of my truck will I be able to install the BAK39304 tonneau cover or the TX959601 tonneau cover?

The total height of the DeeZee Red Label 5th Wheel Toolbox # DZ8560WB, including clearance for the lid, is 19-1/8-inches. You can check your truck bed height from the top of the bed corrugations up to the bed rails to see if there is enough height. If your rail tops are 20-inches or more from the tops of the corrugations than you're good to use a top-of-rail cover.
Tonneau covers can install in two different places on the bed, either on top of the bed rails like covers # TX259601 and # B1613501, which provide more height clearance under the cover, or inside the bed rails as with the cover you referenced, # BAK39304. These inside-mount covers will not give you as much clearance.
