All of the trailer hitches available for the 2008 Nissan Altima require drilling for installation. The hitches are all custom the issue is that there aren't any holes in the vehicle frame to mount a hitch so drilling is required.
If you want to go ahead and install a hitch you can use Draw-Tite hitch # 24796. I have linked a video showing an example installation. For a ball mount use # 3594. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19257 and for a 2 inch ball use # 19258. For trailer wiring you can use # 118470 to add a 4-Way flat connector to the rear of the vehicle. I have linked a video on it as well.
