I went to switch my railgrab system from a subaru outback to a toyota sienna XLE 2017 with factory rails. needed to go from small to medium claws. The adjustment knobs Y8880148 got frozen into the claw base Y8880279 and small claw. I have the medium claws from the original purchase. I assume that I need buy the adjustment knobs and claw base. Also interested in a cargo box that will clear the rear hatch and an open sun roof.

The Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 # Y07192 is a great roof box for your Sienna. It holds 14 cubic feet of gear, includes Yakimas SKS locks, and is easy to install. I've attached a video of the RocketBox Pro on a 2015 Sienna so you can get an idea how it would fit on your van with the rear hatch and sunroof.
