For your 2016 Ram 2500 without stepboards and a factory installed hitch the camper tie downs you would want are the part # TLD2126 and # TLD3109 which are confirmed as a fit and would work great. If instead you did have step boards you would want the part # TLD2127 instead of the TLD2126.

Then for turnbuckles you would want the part # TLS9526-2-LK. This would be the solution to go with since Brophy mounts aren't recommended.
