Will this hitch work with a Reese Revolution Wedge pin box? Also I have standard above bed rails.

The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3255 that you referenced will work with a Reese Revolution pin box and standard above bed rails that mount on the tow vehicle at 4 points. The hitch will come with 4 pins that you will use to secure to the rails. You will also need the custom fit wedge # SWW-06 that is used with B&W hitches and the Reese Revolution hitch.

I also recommend # 41157 5th wheel/gooseneck 90-degree wiring harness. This harness can be mounting in the bed of your truck to help simplify your hook up between the trailer and the tow vehicle.
