Im looking for a folding truck rack thats compatible with my 2016 f250 69inch bed super duty, with the Revolver X2 tonneau cover.

Since you have a tonneau cover on your 2016 Ford F-250 the best we can do is a sliding ladder rack since none of the folding ones will fit. Reason being the folding ones all clamp around the inside of the bed rail where your tonneau resides.
Only option we have is the TracRac Sliding Rack part # TH43003XT-510.
