Question:
I have an 06 nissan titan 5 1/2 foot bed and your hitches say I need a sidewinder king pin. I am not sure what that is.

Since you have such a short bed you will need to replace your current pin box with a Sidewinder so that you can make tight turns without interference for your best solution. But we do have one solution that doesn't require a Sidewinder. I will get that that in a minute though...
Sidewinders are pin box specific so you will first need to know what pin box you have now in order to pick out the correct one.
There should be a sticker or a stamping on the OEM pin box of the trailer that will list the pin box number that is on the trailer.
Once you figure out which pin box you have you can check the FAQ I attached that has a chart that shows the correct Sidewinder to get based on which pin box you have.
The only non-Sidewinder option is the Demco Hijacker part # DM8550040. Unlike most slider hitches this one slides 22-1/2 inches which would be enough for a 2006 Nissan Titan with a 5-1/2 foot bed. This hitch also automatically slides around corners which is nice.
For a rail kit you would want the part # DM8552021-71 which is custom fit for your truck as well.
