I have a 2016 ram 1500 5.7, Im nervous about using this in California, will it pass smog? Any issuers? Does it leave a footprint?

I have the SC F5 installed on my 2012 ram 1500…. I live in California… do I need to return my truck back to stock value before smog? Or can I just take it in and have it smogged while it’s tuned?
