You're in luck, the picture you sent me shows that you have a Yakima Treadhead which uses the same Yakima SKS locks on the new racks. Which means you're going to need a new Yakima Control Key # Y8007835 which will allow you to get the lock core out of the rack. Once you have the core out you can use the number stamped on the side of it to find the correct key. For example, if the number on the core is A136 you will need the replacement key # Y8772-A136.
Another option, which is a faster solution although more expensive, is to order a set of new lock cores, like # Y07202. The new cores come with a control key and you would be able to remove your old core and replace it with the new one. Then you'll have a new core, new control key, and new lock keys.
