The mirror uses ratcheting rubber straps that allow the mirror to securely attach to your factory mirrors, resulting in a nearly vibration-free fit. As you can see by looking through the customer reviews, the mirror is very highly rated. The mirrors are sold individually, so for a pair you'd need to order two of them.
