You can add the parts needed to make Titan disc brake kit # T4843800 compatible with a 3-axle trailer. If you do I recommend placing the actuator as close to the axles as you can. You may also need to use larger diameter brake line especially if you have to leave the actuator closer to the front of the trailer.
