Is there a version of this sliding ladder rack with the extension part that goes over the cab. This is for a 2017 Ford F-150 with 6-1/2 foot bed. Thanks.

Yes. In addition to the regular sliding ladder rack # TH43002XT-501 there is also a version with the over-the-cab extension. It is # TH43002XT-501EX and it will fit your 2017 Ford F-150 with 6-1/2 foot bed.
