For a set of Replacement Load Stops for your Thule TH500 Ladder Rack you can use their kit # 753-3761 which includes 4 each load stops, knobs and T-bolts. My contact at Thule said the part number you referenced is the original part number but that this kit will fit your rack. If you compare these to the stop shown in your photo you'll note they match up.
