The Extang Solid Fold 2.0 part # EX83445 installs between the bed rails of the truck and would allow the ladder rack part # TH43002XT-782 to install because the tonneau allows access to the stake pockets.
Both products are also a confirmed fit for your 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 5-1/2 foot bed.
