Question:
Good afternoon I have Tri Bike the standard Zip straps that came with me Ridge Back are 2 inches short. Does Yakima have a longer Zip strap for the Ridge Back? Thank you for your time and have a great weekend.

I called my contact at Yakima and they told me there are no longer zip straps available for the RidgeBack. I do have a solution for you.
I recommend the Yakima Tube Top Bike Adapter Bar, part # Y02531. This attaches to the handlebar stem and the seat post and gives you a smaller diameter tube to place in the carrier cradles. The zip straps will secure the # Y02531 and help keep the bike level when in the carrier. The opening on one end of the adapter bar measures 2-1/8 x 4-1/8 inches and the other end measures 1-1/2 x 4 inches.
Another way to secure the bike is to use straps like part # 63135.
