I have a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and want to purchase a ski rack. Which rack do you recommend?

Your 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited will need a roof rack installed on its flush rails before being able to carry a ski rack. For that the Rhino Rack part # RRRVP27 is a confirmed fit that would work well. Check out the install video I attached for more info on this as well.
For a ski rack we have the part # RR574 for carrying up to 4 skis.
