Does this installation kit work with the Pro Series fifth wheel hitch part number RP30075?

Yes. Your Pro Series 16K 5th wheel trailer hitch # RP30075 will fit the rails in Curt installation kit # C16420-104 for your 2007 Dodge Ram 2500.
The hitch base fits industry standard rails and the Curt rails are indeed industry standard. I have included a link to a video showing an example installation of the Curt kit.
