Question:
Im looking for slip on towing mirrors for my 2014 Silverado. I noticed the mirrors say manual or power/heated mirrors. Does that mean the slip on mirrors are manual/powered or does that mean it only fits on manual mirrors or power mirrors?

With towing mirrors to fit your 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 the highlighted descriptions like Manual and Powered/Heated refer to the OEM mirrors on the vehicle that the towing mirror add-ons will fit.
For instance, the Longview Custom Mirror Set # LVT-1800 will fit on either manual or powered/heated OEM mirrors. However, on mirrors that have additional lighting features that are not flush to the mirror, such as LED turn signals, automatic dimming, and puddle lights, those extra features will no longer function once the towing mirrors are installed. They will still fit properly on the housings.
At the top of the linked page is a drop-down menu tool that lets you choose the type of mirrors you have. You will then see only those that will work for you. A product will appear twice if it fits several types of OEM mirror.
