The Thule Aero roof rack you mentioned that consists of part numbers # TH711420, # TH710501, and # TH145175 has a weight capacity of 165 lbs. You would also need to verify the roof capacity of your 2016 Honda HR-V and be sure not to exceed the lower of the two figures as well.
