I purchased the Bakflip bed cover and now need a ladder/lumber rack that will work without impeding the function of the bed cover. What options do I have? Thanks

We have just what you need. The TracRac SR Sliding Ladder racks allow a tonneau like what you have on your 2016 Ram 1500 as they install through the top of the bed rails instead of clamping around the inside of the rail like most covers do.
If you have a 6 foot bed you would need the part # TH43003XT-501, if you have a 8 foot bed part # TH43003XT-000 or 5-1/2 foot bed part # TH43003XT-784
