The Blue Ox base plate you can use on your 2015 GMC Terrain SLE is part # BX1689, and the linked video shows you the installation process.
Flat towing requires a number of components in addition to the tow bar and base plates. These items include safety cables (unless they are included with your tow bar), a lighting/wiring kit, a braking system for the Terrain and a high/low hitch adapter to keep the tow bar level. These items are detailed in the linked articles.
The easiest lighting option is a magnetic light kit like # TL21RK which requires no permanent modifications to the car's wiring. If you need safety cables use the coiled type # RM-643 which won't drag on the ground. For a braking system use the wireless and portable Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR. For a high/low hitch adapter please refer to the linked article and the page showing all such items.
