The bolt-on modifications of your 2004 Ford F-150 would work well with a programmer like the Edge CS2 part # EP85350 that you referenced.
You are right at the limit of what a programmer can work for. Any more modifications to your vehicle and a custom tune would be the way to go.
This programmer advertises up to 35 horsepower and 45 ft lbs of torque increase.
