I spoke to my contact at Firestone and they informed me that the Firestone kit # F4176 is the custom fit suspension airbag kit for your 2010 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen. This kit's airbag will measure 3.56 inches in diameter and 7 inches long.
The way the air bags are designed is to sit loosely in the coil spring, they will not need to touch the top and the bottom when uninflated.
I also recommend adding an onboard compressor system # F2158 so you can adjust the air pressure from inside the vehicle. This will help you avoid having to find an air pump.
I have linked all the above mentioned products to this page for your viewing and purchasing convenience.
