Can a Crossover Toolbox be Mounted with Thule Ladder Rack # TH500XT on a 2016 Ram 1500

Does this latter rack make it possible to also have a toolbox that mounts on the rails?

To use Thule ladder rack # TH500XT with a crossover toolbox you would have to move the front part of the ladder rack rearward on the bed so the area the toolbox needs is clear. There isn't a way to mount a toolbox on top of the ladder rack brackets.
