Can Lippert Bolt On Trailer Shock Kit be Used on Trailer with Axles Above Springs

Question:
my Dexter 2 3/8 axle is mounted above the springs. Not hanging below as shown in mounting instructions. Can the LC281255 be installed with this setup?

You can install the Lippert Components Bolt-On Shock Mount Kit w/Heavy Duty Gas Shocks # LC281255 on trailers that have the axles mounted above or below the leaf springs.
It will just be a matter of orientating the shock mount so that it doesn't interfere with the axle as the suspension compresses and extends.
