Can Extang Tailgate Seal and BedRug Be Installed at Same Time

I plan on buying a full bed rug for my truck in the near future, will that interfere with the installation of the tail gate seal if I do that now, or do I not need the tailgate seal if I get the full bed rug? Thanks for the info.

Bedrugs like the part # BRQ99LBK go over the hinge of the tailgate and truck bed. A tailgate seal like the part # EX1140 would not interfere with this at all. They would work well together.
