I am very interested in your Extang Cargo Cleats #EX1932 and would like to know will they fit a 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500 Truck Bed ?

The Extang CargoCleats Truck Bed Tie-Down Anchors # EX1932 that you referenced are considered a universal fit anchor. This means that the manufacturer does not test the anchors with specific year, make, and model trucks.
These anchors will work well on your 2012 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 as long as you have a lip on the inside of the top of the truck bed side rails for the anchors to clamp around. I've attached a review video of these anchors that will show you how they install on the truck bed side rail.
