How to Attach Older Yakima PowderHound Ski Rack to Factory Crossbars

I have a 2012 Toyota Highlander with factory crossbars. I have an old Yakima powder hound ski rack, and the crossbar mounts are too small. Do you have a bracket mount that will work with this vehicle and ski racks?
