Will Carr Super Hoop Steps be Fit on Driver and Passenger Side of a 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500 Diesel

Question:
On the super hoop steps it says it wont fit on the front passenger side of my 02 diesel 2500hd silverado. But I dont understand why because the passenger side looks exactly the same as the drivers side. Can you help me understand.

On some models that can use Carr steps # CARR124032 there are parts of the DEF tank and/or other components that can be in the way. If those are not in the way on your 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500 then you can install one on the passenger's side as well. I have linked the instructions so you can see how/where they install and compare that to your truck.
