do the timbren kits come with both sides in the kit?

Yes, when you purchase the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System like part # A20RS440 both sides are included in the package.
This system has a 2000-lb weight capacity and includes the EZ Lube spindles with the bearings, races, and seals.
