Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with Standard Spindles # T20BTR-6048 will fit in place of a 2K-rated 60-inch axle with 48-inch spring centers. The included straight spindles will accept hubs that use bearing L44649 for both the inner and outer bearing. If the weight rating, length, spring centers and bearing set match your current set-up then this axle will be a suitable replacement. Bargain trailers often use uncommon bearings so you'll want to match up the bearing set in your hubs to ensure they will fit on the new spindles.
We also offer this axle with hubs and you can see those kits on the linked page. We have kits with 4-on-4 and 5-on-4-1/2 bolt pattern hubs.
Another option is to get rid of the axle beam entirely and to install a set of the Timbren axle-less suspension units. These units are shown on the link provided. Timbren kits can give your trailer far better ground clearance since they eliminate the axle beam under the trailer. Using a kit with drop spindles, like # ASR2KHDS05, means lower deck height; using a kit with lift spindles, part # ASR2KHDS03, means a higher deck height.
Please note that beam axles like # T20BTR-7258 do normally have a bend so that when under load the axle straightens out.
