The RocketBox # Y07192 does not have vehicle specific fits, but it should work for your Lexus RX400. You can confirm this by taking a few simple measurements.
First, I would compare the dimensions of your vehicle roof to the dimensions of the box. It measures 74 inches long by 33 inches wide and 16 inches tall.
The # Y07192 roof top cargo box will fit on square and round Thule or Yakima style bars, and fits most factory roof bars, but I would recommend making sure the distance between your cross bars, the roof rails that run from side to side, is compatible with the RocketBox mounting system. It will work as long as the spread between your cross bars is from 24 to 36 inches.
