Will Phoenix Faucets Single Function RV Shower Head Kit # PF276024 Fit Threads of RV

Question:

We need to replace the shower head and stuff for our rv. My fiance says he thinks its a 1/4 inch fitting and it sits on a small post that is mounted on the wall. Theres a hole that fits over the post. In case youre wondering, Im a girl who knows nothing about this stuff and Im doing my best to describe all of this without sounding like an idiot... but failing miserably, Im sure. Can you help me figure this out? Ill send a picture if it will help.
