How to Wire up the Thinline LED Clearance and Side Marker Light to Single Wire Trailer

Question:
I have a 2008 Platinum Coach Horse Trailer and the red clearance light went out. LED is marked SAE P2 01 DOT. Light has one hot lead coming out and a pin for ground onto the bracket. Bracket, light and chrome All measures to fit AL91RB in you catalog with exception of you model has double wire out the back. Will this work for my purpose? Thanks for your time,
