The BAKFlip G2 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK26329 that you referenced has a passive lock system. If your tailgate is locked there would be no way to get to the tonneau cover to open it.
If the tailgate on your 2015 Ford F-150 does not have a lock on it currently you could use the part # PAL2500 to install a lock.
