What carrier do you recommend for carrying 2 kayaks on my 2013 Altima with a naked roof.

You would first have to have a roof rack on your 2013 Nissan Altima to be able to carry kayaks. The roof rack I would recommend is the Rhino Rack part numbers # RRVA126B-2, # RRRLKVA and # DK381 which is a confirmed fit and would work well.
I would then recommend a Thule Hull-A-Port # TH834 for both of your kayaks as well. This is a J-style carrier that would fit the rack I recommended and would work well for both of your kayaks.
