Hi, I got a 2010 Mini Cooper Hatchback Will this one fit?

The Curt Class I hitch you referenced, part # C11160 fits all single exhaust models of the 2010 Mini Cooper with the exception of the S Series and John Cooper Works models. The hitch has a 2000 lb towing/200 lb tongue weight capacity.
The installation is pretty involved, requiring that the rear bumper be temporarily removed. I'll link you to an install video showing that kit being installed on a 2010 Mini Cooper.
