I am looking to replace my marker lights on a trails west horse trailer. I found the sealed thin line led lights. Will these work ? Thanks for your help

The Sealed Thin Clearance Lights part # MCL75AB that you referenced would work great for you. They have a universal style installation so they would work well. You will need a mounting bracket for these though. For that you would want the part # A65PB.
