When installing the Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs, part # HSSF, there are just a couple things you will need to know.
The top of the bedrail cannot be wider than 5-1/2 inches, and the side of the truck bed cannot have an enclosed or double side wall. The truck cannot have a liner and it cannot be a dually. My contact at Brophy said the tie-downs are well capable of handling your 3,000-lb camper and the sidewalls on the truck will give before these tie-downs fail.
