The best option for your vehicle would be a hitch bike rack and a receiver hitch installed on your vehicle. I cannot recommend a trunk mounted bike rack for the 2000 Honda Accord 2 or 4 door with a spoiler attached to the rear of the vehicle. The spoiler will interfere with the attachment points of the straps that secure the bike racks to the vehicle.
