What is the voltage and current rating for the wires and contacts in this kit?

I spoke with my contact at Bulldog Winch and he said that the # BDW20207 is designed for a 12 volt system that sees intermittent 400 amp use.
He said that if you are looking for an alternative application for this it would be easier if you gave us that info and we can see if this would work.
